Plant Signal Unit
The Plant Signal Unit consists of a mountable box, which houses the receiver and an industrial 93db tone generator (with 8 melodies to choose from). Attached to the mountable box are three industrial strobe lights, which correspond in color to the Worker Signal Station light stacks. |

The Basic Andon Package includes enough equipment to provide efficient line communication for sixteen or more workstations (depending on your particular setup and application). The Basic Andon Package consists of four Floor Signal Stations and one Plant Signal Station. Each Floor Signal Station can service four or more operator workstations (depending on your particular setup and application). |

Resource Control System |

With our new andon system you can add the Resource Control System which provides the hardware and software to fully utilize your andon system. All system transmissions are automatically input into the database. From there, not only are transmissions logged, but you can automatically send out email alerts (to computers, pagers, blackberries).
If your maintenance team members have pagers, they can be paged whenever a red light is turned on (They no longer have to be in ear shot of the system).

You can use one of the additional inputs available and put a limit switch in a flow rack and expand your andon system into a electronic kanban system. You can even email your supplier that you need to order more parts! |

The Visual Control Panel allows you to see the status of all the andon systems in your plant from any network computer.
