Additional Floor Signal Stations may be purchased to enhance your basic andon system.  An additional Worker Signal Station can be used in a repair area or for a temporary line expansion to handle a short-term increase in demand.  The station can be easily coded to match any line.  Therefore the station can be changed as often as you like depending on the work being done in the area.

Additional Plant Signal Units may be purchased to enhance your basic Andon System.  You may have a unique layout (a 2500 ton 5 bolster cross bar press for example), where you cannot see around or above the equipment and support personnel are spread to either end of the equipment.  In this case it may be necessary to place a second Plant Signal Unit on the opposite side to ensure everyone can properly utilize the Andon System.

The Takt time option is a very versatile option.  The unit plugs into the Floor Signal Station just like the switch boxes, via a cordset.  The digital timer can then count up, down or in a loop and automatically turn the andon system on when a part has not indexed past the remote limit switch, or it can be manually reset.  Call for other potential applications!

We now off several different types of internal paging solutions from Voice to Alpha Numeric and 1/2 watt systems up to 5 watt systems.  The paging systems can be integrated in with the wireless andon systems or tied to equipment and PLC’s.  Voice paging systems can have customized pre-programmed messages to inform your support staff of productions needs. 

We can now add an LED Display to your andon system.  This display can be tied to one or all of the lights on your Plant Signal Unit and time how long your andon system has been on or count the number of times a light comes on.  Display is reset or programmed using a remote control.
